Well... we are in the 3rd term, in the end o 4th ESO and to finsh good, we do blog awards!

In my opinion, the best blog in our classroom is Ana's blog because it's the best blog in everything, because she has done many posts and she's do it very well. The esign of the blog is really wonderful, the pictures are precious. Everthing's perfect, I really like that blog, I love it!

And for finish well the last post, I must choose my best post.
I choose one post of 3rd term, one task, "Description of one photo" because in this pot I speak about Elia, my best friend and her good and bad things. I love her so much. When I see this photo I think in one text that we don in english that day. "Tell her everyday how much you love her, how much she means to you. Tell her  that you will love her at the end of the time. Keep yur promises to her. Believe in her. Accept her with her good and bad sides. Don't lie to her. Make nice memories with her.  Don't be selfish or twofaced. Don't hurt her. Deserve her, feel her, love her and live for her." For it and fr  everything, she's the best for me, but now, the things has change so much.

Tourists interview.

Last Thursday 10th of may, we went to Figueres to make an interview for this project.

I did my interview with a lady about fifty years approximately.

She's from england. She's not on holidays, she lives here. She choose to live in Catalonia because her husband is catalan. She lives in Figueres. She speaks spanish normally, but sometimes speaks catalan a little bit. She's teacher of english anf, in her opinion, our english is getting better. Her favourite place in Catalonia is Sant Feliu de Guíxols because it's a really beautiful place, all places in Catalonia are very beautiful. She didn't like our obsession of catalan only, she thinks it's very bad.
She really like Dali museum, se likes Dali for his imaginaton.
She love spanish and catalan food.
Generally, in her opinion, catalans are friendly, not all, but generally.

I feel so happy when, finally, I can have done my interview, because in Figueres, the tourists, generally are so serious and unfriendly.

Book vs. Film

Last term we read and watched Romeo & Juliet.
In this text I will compare the book to film.

In the book: The history happens in Verona. Characters used swords. The dialogue is understandable, because it's easy to read. In this, the narrator is a third person. In the book, the history happens in the past, in the old city, and characters wear typical clothes of that time.

In the film: The history happens in Miami. Characters don't used swords, them use guns. The dialogue is hard to understand. The narrator is Romeo. The characters speaks in verse. The history happens in our time, because we can see an helicopter, cars, guns, a big and modern city, and the clothes of characters are modern.

I really like the film, because I could learn new words, and in my opinion, the film's done very well.
But the book, in my opinion, was bored.

My best day in Italy!

Last week before Easter, I went to Italy with my high school.

The best day for me, was the fourth.
We staied in Rome. The morning, we visited Colisseo; it was incredibly handsome. We can visted two churches, that were really beautiful. After it, we had some hours to lunch and stayed in Rome. The city was pretty, I really like it.
The afternoon we visited Pantheon, that was impressive. I can imagined it would be really nice, but I can't imagine it would so nice. After it, we had other some free time for visited other streets and squares of rome, and late, went to the Spain square. We took the train and went to the stop "Termini". We went to dinner in a restarant, where we saw the match oh FCB.
When we returned to our hotel, we changed our clothes and we went to one pub.
At two o'clock we leave the pub and went to our hotel.

For me, it was the best day because I can staied with all of my friends and I passed the best moments with them. I felt good.

I would say that this picture is too important for me, because is a memory of one special day with my best friend. 

Friendship's too important...

When I think in the friendship, I think in hapinness too, because in the end, friends are our live, without their, we can't carry on...

There are some types of friends, people who I know and when I see they, I say only hellow and goodbye, persons who are two-faced friends, that say "oh my darling, I'm by your side every day" but when I need it, nobody stay by my side. After this persons, they are true friends, who stay by my side every day when I don't need nothing and when I need everything. For this two or three persons (my best friends) I would do everything that they need.  When they cry, I'm there; when they're lost in the dark, I can be their light, their help. I never say goodbay, I'm by their side ALWAYS and FOREVER. 

Valentine's Day

"Hallmark Holidays: Although many people view these celebrations negatively, an equal number of people have positive opinions.  On the negative side, hallmark holidays don't really celebrate an important event, and only exist for companies to make a lot of money.  On the positive side, the term describes the perfect holiday in which family, friends, and fun come first.  Everyday problems, worries, and stress can be put aside.  Valentine's Day usually gets labeled a hallmark holiday, but the positive and negative arguments have equal merit.

More than one billion cards get sent each Valentine's Day.  Then there are chocolates, flowers,
engagement rings, romantic dinners, and so on.  Much of the commercialization can be traced back to the 19th century when printing technology improved to cheaply mass-produce greeting cards.  Yet even before that, the holiday with cards and gifts had begun to grow quite popular in the 1700s.  People of all social classes regularly exchanged handwritten notes and tokens of affection on the day.  Yet even in the 1700s, Valentine's Day was considered an old holiday.  Two hundred years earlier, Shakespeare mentioned it in Hamlet, and the first Valentine's Day card still in existence was written in 1415.  But we can follow the holiday much further back to the Roman Empire!

Valentine's Day originated from a Roman festival called "Lupercalia," which was held in mid-February every year.  The celebration purified new life in the spring. Around the third century A.D., the holiday became associated with Saint Valentine, although it isn't exactly clear how.  There are three possible stories about the priest Valentine who later became a saint, but no one knows which story gave rise to the holiday.

One theory states that Emperor Claudius II executed Valentine.  The Emperor had proclaimed marriage illegal for young men, because he realized that unmarried soldiers fought better.  Married men worried about their wives and children, of course!  With the decree, the Emperor hoped to increase the size and effectiveness of his army.  The law was unjust, though, and Valentine continued to marry couples in secret -- until Claudius found out, and put the priest to death.

In another theory, the Emperor executed Valentine, too.  But the priest had helped prisoners escape the horrible conditions of Roman prisons, where torture and beatings were common.

An imprisoned Valentine fell in love with the jailor's daughter in the final theory  He wrote a letter to her, the very first Valentine's Day message, which he signed as we do today: "From your Valentine."

Whichever theory is correct, each story has heroic and romantic connotations.  As a result, the holiday has grown increasingly popular through the centuries.  It's also more meaningful than the naysayers believe.  And although Valentine's Day has become quite commercial, it still contains an important aspect shared by all of the best holidays: time spent thinking of and being with the one you love."

Saint Valentin's Day.
I read this text and now I think Saint Valentin's is only one comercial party. I think it because I don't have a boyfriend, I think many boys are unfaithful and hypocrites.
I think if you really love your boyfriend or your girlfriend you love him or her all days of the year, not only in Saint Valentine's day.

Now, February, the month of love, is the best time for speak of it.
Love, is the best I ever feel. But sometimes is too hard.

Love and other drugs is one film about love, an unexpected love.
a man who works in a pharmaceutical company, feel in love with a young girl who has Parkinson's. First was only sex, but after they began a relationship.

I really like this film, because in my opinion love is the best thing in our lives.

This task, in my opinion is too important because we work our oral expression, our memory, and our improvisation. Also, with this task I enjoyed so much, because I learned more things of my family and his life. Life in the past was so hard...
In my opinion I have done well my pronunciation and my presentation in general, but I need to improve my vocabulary and my powerpoint, because I know I can do it better.

Her most important positive experience was the first moment when she knew she was pregnant. She had many desires to starting being a mother.

·One of her funny experiences was when she moved to Marina d’Or 8^th days with her husband to celebrate her 40^th wedding birthday.

·He hasn’t visited any other countries, she didn’t like travel.

·The discoveries that impressed her was the television, because it changes many things and the news came much faster.

·The most important event for she was “The year of the cold”. It was in 1956, the same year what she married. That year was some cold. The cold during 21 days all was forze.

·She thinks that some young people are too irresponsible and rude. It happens because everything changes.

·She is religious, every Sunday goes to church.

My New Year's resolutions.

This new year I have some resolutions!

The first, and the most important resolution for mi is quit smoking, because cigarrettes are too expensive and smoke it's too bad for my health! I started smoke because my father smoke and some friends smoke too, and for me it was one game, but everything changes. Now, I will start again, I know I can!

In this new year I wont to lose wight, because I don't like nothing of my body and I wont to feel good with myself and my phisical. In this new year, I would like to be a new person, with one better phisical and one better personality. I would improve with everything.

Also I follow the happiness. The last two years are the worst for me, because I had many problems with my family, my friends and my health; but this year I fought for all, for me and for my friends; I would fight against all of problems, and I found the happiness.

Happiness, for my is the most important thing in s lives. We can smiling every day, we can stay happy, because who wants the happinness is who finally, find it!

three experiences.

Last summer I went to Euskadi with one friend, her name is Marina, we met ages ago, when we were little.I've been to Euskadi.

We stayed in her grandmother's house. Those were the best days of this year. I stayed in Tolosa for six days, with her aunt and uncle. I was so happy, I disconnected of all things and all persons, I needed it.
During those days, I learned some things, I think I was more mature after the holidays, because I had some time for thinking in all my problems.


I've visited my aunt in hospital.
My aunt had cancer. Last year she felt so bad. The doctor said she didn't had more than one year, but she fought for her live. He passed one quimiotherapy, one operation, and some time in the hospital. It's so hard, but finally, she won her fight. When I knew final results, I felt so happy and proud of herself.
I've gone one day in BCN with some friends.
Last weekend I moved to Barcelona with some friends. We stayed in Plaça Catlunya. We were six, three boys and three girls. We went shopping, and it's so funny! We ate in Mc. Donalds, but I didn't like it!Later, we went to Starbucks coffe, and afterwards we caught train. This day was so funny, I enjoied with his, because they are my best friends.


I've will been to New Zeland and New York.
I haven't went to New Zeland or New York, but those cities are the most beautiful, in my opinion. I wish after my studies I can moved to New York and, after this travel, I worked very hard for got some money and went to New Zeland. This is one of my dreams.

Days in my life.

The days in my life are too surprising. I have good days and bad days. I think I'm undecised because one day I'm happy, smiling and quiet; but other day I'm sad, nervous and too confused. Everyday new things happens in my life, but I have one routine too strict. When I leave institute I go to do swimming or rehabilitacion, every day.

The best days of the week are Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday, because I can stay with my friends, I can go out, enjoy myself; but many sundays I have to do my homework, study, or family meals...
In short, the days of my life are too motivated, I'm never still or quiet. I never have time for relax myself, but I like my life.

I like this  song 'cause it's too sensible and the videoclip is so beautiful. Rihanna is one of my favourites singers and this December I will go to her concert. Rihanna for my is a person to strong, 'cause her last boyfriend strcuk's her. I must also say that I love her voice, it's too soft. When I grow up, I will: Go to America and I will learn English, for I can speak with her.

INTELLIGENCE TEST!

The graphic shows that I am a very logical person, and I give importance to all small things and small details, but sometimes maybe too much. It show that the language of logic and interpersonal re quite developed. The intelligence is less developed than nature, I don't like nature. The linguistic and visua lntelligence is the best. I agree with this result because I am so much retailer, but I don't know nothing of the nature.

If all matches in my current capacity, as I am good at Maths at school and many people say that I am a very logical and sociable person.

With this text, I have learnt that even if someone has can do something with less difficulty, it does not mean that theyr smarter, but that this topic is given well, but a person who find it more difficult can learn to do it in a different way. And another issue may be upside down and the second person to have it easier than the first.

With this information I can choose my future career better, because I know what I do better. 

In the future I would like to be ophthalmologist or criminologist, and with these jobs I will help people who need it most, because I will fix their problems.

My challenges for this year

My challenge this year is getting the ESO with an average of over 9, and begin to leave all the problems teenagers have, as always accompanied by "told me that..." or get angry by silly things and make a mountain. I prefer to live without this nonsense even thought my friends are "just a few" I'm different to most.
Surely this will bring me trouble in the first because it's very hard to study so much, to get good grades, and in the second case, because people get angry because I'm not the typical person, I prefer not to say anything about certain issues.
To solve these problems, the first thing I will do is to put myself in the studies, and the second, I will do my life and stop thinking so much in other people, because what really must be important is me and do my best, because if I don't think in me, who will do it? Nobody.

CATS.

I feel identified by them because I think that they are very smart animals, but they don’t try to show it, they are the sort that when they fall they get backup again without a reason, they say they have 7 lives, but maybe they only have one, but they know how to live it. I also think that they always observ but they don’t say anything, they see the little details. They seem like a proud animal, but they know when they have to be there to not lose the people they love. Because of all of that, I feel identified by the. I also like them a lot because they are very elegant and they live life they’re way, without letting anyone annoy them.
